The ideal candidate should be passionate about IT Service Management (ITSM) and have experience developing, customizing, and supporting applications on the BMC Remedy platform. As a Remedy Developer, you will work on designing and customizing Remedy applications, managing workflows, and integrating with third-party systems to enhance business processes. This is a C2C contract role, and candidates must be willing to relocate to Denver, CO. Key Responsibilities : Design and develop custom applications within BMC Remedy ITSM platform. Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and business logic using Remedys AR System. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Remedy applications and systems. Integrate BMC Remedy with other tools, databases, and third-party applications. Ensure system optimization and upgrades for the Remedy platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of solutions. Required Skills: BMC Remedy AR System experience (with Remedy ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management). Expertise in Linux environments and scripting. BMC Remedy Certified Developer certification (required). Strong understanding of Remedy form design, workflows, filters, and active links. Experience with database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server). Familiarity with BMC Atrium Integrator, APIs, and integrations with external systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Remedy reporting tools. ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
