Salesforce Business Analys Remote Rate $ 40/Hr on C2C Need Junior Candidates 5 to 6 years Mandatory Areas Must Have Skills Skill 1 Yrs of Exp Technical BA Skill 2 Yrs of Exp Salesforce project handling, CRM data modelling, and reporting Skill 3 Yrs of Exp Strong SQL Skill 4 Yrs of Exp - ETL, Data modelling We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce project handling, CRM data modeling, and reporting, as well as expertise in business requirement gathering, data analysis, SQL, and documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing Salesforce-related analytics projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading technical teams. Experience & Qualifications Bachelors degree in mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related Analytics field. At least 6 years of experience in Analytics Technical Development and Business Analysis. 6+ years of IT experience, including: o 3+ years in Requirement Gathering and contributing to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase. o 5+ years of SQL experience, writing queries to analyze data and derive insights. o 3+ years of experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik). o Experience with cloud database technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, and Oracle. o Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) Analytics Project Handling, including: Salesforce data model and integration with analytics platforms. Experience working on Salesforce Lightning and classic environments. 5+ years working with Salesforce project frameworks (Scrum, Agile) for analytics delivery. o Experience with ETL/ELT applications (IICS, Talend, Matillion, Stitch). o 5+ years managing onshore/offshore development teams and coordinating development efforts. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Salesforce Project Handling & Analytics Integration: o Work on Salesforce analytics projects, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and analytics platforms. o Manage Salesforce data extraction, transformation, and reporting for analytics use cases. o Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, and business users to enhance reporting capabilities. o Ensure Salesforce data governance, security, and compliance align with business requirements. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: o Elicit, analyze, and document clear and detailed business requirements. o Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and users. o Utilize user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and sample reports to drive requirement clarifications and approvals. o Ensure traceability of business requirements to technical requirements. Project Development & Coordination: o Work with IT development teams to translate requirements and clarify queries. o Lead the development efforts, including system design and managing offshore teams. o Align with the client's project management structure to ensure proper project execution. o Ensure the technical requirements and design support business needs. Data & BI Expertise: o Analyse data sets and derive business rules from insights. o Work with cloud database technologies (Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Qlik). o Document business rules, data mappings, and workflows in tools like JIRA and Confluence. User Acceptance Testing (UAT): o Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs. o Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team on testing strategy and plans. Stakeholder & Team Management: o Engage in senior business stakeholder management meetings and business communications. o Foster strong client and team relationships to resolve technical issues and drive project success. o Effectively manage client and vendor experiences to ensure successful execution. o Lead the team and execute the project in a Product Owner capacity. ________________________________________ Required Skills Strong SQL skills to analyse and extract meaningful insights. Hands-on experience with Salesforce projects and understanding of the Salesforce data model. Experience in requirement gathering and analysis using tools like JIRA and Rally. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience handling Sr. Business Stakeholder Management and business communications. Team player with a positive attitude. Ability to quickly adapt to client and team needs.
