Design and develop comprehensive ServiceNow architectures aligned with business goals and IT strategies. Define and document technical specifications, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security protocols. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with ServiceNow implementations. Oversee the assessments, implementation of ServiceNow solutions Ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using various integration techniques (e.g., REST API, SOAP, scripting). Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks. Implement strategies to improve system responsiveness and scalability. Mentor and guide technical teams, providing technical expertise and best practices. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly preferred.
