Location: Boston, MA Contract Who are we looking for As a Power Platform (PP) specialist, you will play a key role in driving the design and implementation of automate solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. Our mission is to empower businesses to streamline their processes, increase operational efficiency, and drive growth through cutting-edge Low-Code Automation and data-driven solutions. This is a Middle-level position that requires robust technical capabilities, team spirit, and a customer-centric mindset. Technical Skills: Power Platform (Canvas/model-driven apps, SharePoint, PowerBI) Relational databases (design/SQL/tuning) APIs Role responsibilities: Develop and implement custom solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate Automate workflows and business processes Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions Stay up to date with the latest Power Apps and Power Automate features and trends Provide technical insights and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Conduct workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of low-code platforms to teammates and internal stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, masters degree is a plus. At least 6 years of experience in Power Apps and Power Automate development Proficient in Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Solid understanding of relational database technologies. Solid knowledge of integration technologies, APIs, and protocols . Behavioral Skills: Must have Excellent Communication Skills. Must have Client Facing/Interaction experience. Should be adaptable to organization requirements and changes. Excellent customer service with excellent verbal and written communication Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to proactively find solutions and meet deadline.
