Responsibilities:- The ITOM Developer will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions The role requires deep understanding of ServiceNow development practices, scripting, and integration capabilities to deliver solutions that improve visibility, automation, and efficiency of IT operations This includes working on ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration Hands-on development includes creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probe, sensors and Event rules Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods..
