Job Title: IAM lead role Location: Owings Mills, MD Remote Job Summary: The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Lead will be responsible for implementing POC , platform capabilities , design, implementation, and management of the IAM framework for the Nexus platform. This role will ensure that all access to systems and data is secure, compliant, and aligned with the organization's security policies and standards. The IAM Lead will work closely with various departments, including IT, security, and business units, to develop and maintain robust IAM processes and solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement IAM for Nexus -developer portal: Design and implement a comprehensive IAM for Developer portal that aligns with the organization's security policies and business objectives using Azure b2c , Azure B2C xml framework Access Management: Oversee the management of user access to systems and data, ensuring that access is granted based on the principle of least privilege. Identity Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of user identities, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control. Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards and support internal and external audits related to IAM. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to identity and access management and implement controls to prevent unauthorized access. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business units to understand their IAM needs and provide solutions that meet those needs. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred. Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in identity and access management, with a focus on designing and implementing IAM solutions. Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and tools, including Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, MFA, and IAM frameworks. Azure B2C, Azure B2C XML framework Azure IAM Transmit Security Soft Skills: Learning attitude ,research mind set , Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex IAM challenges.
