The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Medicare, and Medicaid insurance products, enrollment process, claims processing, and member experience optimization. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Development: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Retirement Insurance products. Market & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product alignment with CMS guidelines, state regulations, and evolving healthcare policies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including actuarial, compliance, provider networks, and technology teams, to optimize product offerings. Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market trends, claims data, and member feedback to drive product enhancements. Innovation & Modernization: Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and enhanced member engagement strategies. Medicare Enrollment & Retention: Develop strategies to improve member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through competitive benefit design and cost management.
