Should be an individual contributor, own responsibility and able to handle project E2E. Should be good in NeoLoad and Dynatrace monitoring and root cause analysis. LR/Jmeter and other APM tools experience can be considered. Knowledge in Chaos Engineering concepts & methodology is preferrable.
