This includes creating and maintaining Coveo Search Profiles, defining query pipelines, and configuring search ranking and relevance algorithms. Develop and Maintain Search Interfaces: Create and maintain user interfaces for search experiences across various platforms (web, mobile, etc.), leveraging Coveos UI components and frameworks. Optimize Search Performance and Relevance: Analyze search behavior and user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of Coveo search profiles. This includes refining query pipelines, adjusting relevance algorithms, and implementing A/B testing. Troubleshooting and Support: Investigate and resolve issues related to Coveo search profiles, providing technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders. Stay Current with Coveo Technologies: Proactively research and learn about new Coveo features and updates, staying ahead of the curve in search technology. Contribute to Team Knowledge: Share knowledge and best practices with team members, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
