The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, a strong background in manufacturing, and a passion for continuous improvement and innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of manufacturing projects from start to finish. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with various departments, including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Quality Control, to ensure project success. Manage project schedules and ensure milestones are met. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on track. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders. Facilitate collaboration and problem-solving among team members. Oversee project documentation and ensure proper archiving upon project completion. Qualifications PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project). Experience coordinating with sub-vendors and suppliers. Knowledge of corporate finances and profit generation. Willingness to coach and mentor less experienced team members.
