Provide technical expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll, General Ledger (GL), and Oracle PeopleSoft Financials. Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and customization projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide innovative solutions. Mentor and train teams to ensure a high level of technical expertise within the organization. Stay updated with the latest PeopleSoft technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials, Payroll & GL. Strong expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker. Proficiency in SQL, SQR, App Designer, and PeopleSoft Security. Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, implementations, and performance tuning. Experience in solution architecture and team leadership.
