Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to enhance application performance and reliability. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, and mentor team members on best practices in java, spring boot, and mongodb development. 6. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Skill Requirements- 10+ years plus experience required. 1. Strong proficiency in java programming language with a deep understanding of object-oriented principles and design patterns. 2. Handson experience in developing web applications using spring boot framework. 3. Proficient in working with mongodb or other nosql databases for data storage and retrieval. 4. Good understanding of microservices architecture, restful apis, and cloud services. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 6.
