Job Title: Scrum Master Work Location: Juno Beach or Miami(Day1 Onsite) Must Have: At least On Certificate: Preferably certified PMP or Agile Safe SPC or Scrum Master certified. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives). Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and practices. Deep experience with the Agile development methodology and tools such as Atlassian Jira software is a must have. Maintain thorough knowledge of new development and/or SDLC techniques. Job Duties & Responsibilities Tracks, promotes, and publishes completed program initiatives, epics and business value metrics following Agile methodology Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Owns the planning, estimation, design, configuration, testing, and production release on financial projects which typically involve and impact multiple business areas. Interacts with business leadership and key stakeholders to gather requirements, estimate effort/cost, prioritize work, develop enhancements, coordinate testing, and perform change management Keywords:
