Job Title: Process Improvement Manager / Agile Project Manager (Lean/Flow Coach) Position Type: Contract Location: 5 Days Onsite Malvern, PA Onsite Must have below one of the process Improvement certification: Six Sigma Certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) Lean Certification Lean Six Sigma Certification Certified Professional in Process Management (CPPM) McKinsey Lean Training (as referenced in your JD) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) - from the Project Management Institute ISO 9001 Certification (for Quality Management Systems) Hybrid at PA Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Process Improvement Manager (or Agile Project Manager) to join our team and lead complex or large improvement initiatives. This is a high-priority, proactive requisition aimed at individuals with expertise in project management and process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and DPM. As a key member of the coaching team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements across multiple business units, ensuring that goals are met on time and aligned with business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in process definition, improvement design, and change management. Responsibilities: Lead Process Improvement Initiatives: Manage large-scale improvement initiatives (e.g., FLOW, DPM) through coaching, training, and consulting to ensure positive outcomes for business and clients. Process Definition and Improvement: Use methodologies like Lean and Agile to define, analyze, and improve existing business processes to enhance quality, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize key metrics to measure the success of process improvements and drive continuous enhancements. Manage End-to-End Process: Oversee process improvement initiatives from inception through implementation, ensuring deadlines are met, scope is defined, and deliverables are completed on time. Documentation Development: Create detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and gap/problem analyses to support improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and project objectives. Training and Change Management: Develop and support the creation of training materials and change management activities to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and procedures. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure improvements are sustained, and improvements are maintained post-implementation. Special Projects: Participate in special projects as needed and perform other related duties. Qualifications: Experience: A minimum of five years of related experience with progressive responsibility in process improvement or project management roles. Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred. Certifications: Process improvement certifications (such as McKinsey Lean training, Six Sigma, etc.) are preferred. Candidates must be able to obtain certification within 1 year if not already certified. Skills: Expertise in process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Agile. Strong project management skills with a track record of managing initiatives from start to finish. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to coach and guide teams through process improvement efforts. Additional Information: This position requires onsite work 5 days a week and offers a dynamic and challenging environment to lead impactful process improvements.
