Job Description:

More than 6 years in-depth hands-on application development and design experience in 
Appian latest versions.
Ability to implement end to end process automation using 
Appian Low code/No Code platform.
Building performant applications with enriched & intuitive user experience (UX).
In-depth understanding about the 
Appian technology platform features Records, CDTs, Process Models, Data Store, Data Store Entity, Groups/Group Types & Security, Integrations, Web API, Connected System, AI Skills, Decisioning, Business Rules, Translation Sets, Expression & Query Rules, 
Appian RPA, Tasks, Reports, Site, Tempo, Portals, Plugins & Smart Services, Scheduler/Batch Jobs, or event-based polling etc.
Good understanding about the relevance of different type of Logs & monitoring in 
Appian.
Staying abreast with cutting edge technology skills 
Appian is evolving with every quarterly release such as 
Appians Data Fabric, Process HQ, Records Chat, Record events, 
Appian AI Copilot, Gen AI, Case Management Studio etc.
Strong understanding & adherence to 
Appian Best Practices.
Building applications using Record centric approach.
Ability to understand underlying 
Appian architecture (Cloud vis--vis On Prem).
Implementing SSO using SAML.
Good understanding about different Authentication Protocols such as OAuth2.0, LDAP, SAML, API Key etc.
Solid understanding of Integration services (REST/SOAP)
Good understanding of Exception Handling & Escalations mechanisms.
Strong analytical, logical & Problem-solving skills.
Should have experience working with Agile methodology and familiar with different scrum ceremonies.
Should be sincerely coordinating with team and different stakeholders during development, testing, deployment, and support.
Follow the 
Appian best practices in code promotions and application packages deployments.
Should be able to work independently as well collaboratively in team.
Should help enable growing the team capacity by organizing training sessions for newly onboarded YPs/Juniors.
Resource should proactively work on Incident tickets, Service Request Tickets, Problem Tickets, resolving batch job abends, Major and Minor Enhancements, support DR testing, client audits.
Experience in Support & Enhancement projects.
Experience in Problem/Incident/Change Management processes and any ITSM tool (JIRA/AZURE DevOps, Confluence, or any other ALM tools)
Flexibility and Availability to drive and resolve Incidents for Production Support in 24 * 7 Environment in case of escalations.
Strong customer orientation, communications skills
Experience in SCM/Field Services/Insurance domain.
