Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Optimize and tune Spark applications for performance and scalability. Work with clinical data and healthcare payer systems to develop data-driven solutions. Implement best practices for data processing, storage, and analysis. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and application performance. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership and support. Qualifications : 8-10 years of development experience with a strong focus on Spark and Scala. Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale data processing applications. Good understanding of clinical data and healthcare payer systems is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred : Experience with other big data technologies such as Hadoop, Kafka, and Hive. Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes. Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations in the healthcare industry.
