[New York, NY, 10075] Local to NYC and NJ Recent healthcare needed Only USC GC GCEAD H4EAD Description: Responsibilities will include: - Partner closely with business and product leaders to define the vision and roadmap for data products that enhance clinical, operational and financial outcomes - Work with business leaders across H+H to prioritize investments in high impact data products - Lead, mentor and grow a high-performing product management team - Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product and cross-functional teams - Build a career development path to support the growth of the product management team - Establish best practice standards and processes to continue maturing the product management practices at H+H - Stay informed on trends in healthcare technology, data management and analytics. Advocate for and drive adoption of industry trends that will be valuable to H+H - Ensure the product management team can successfully lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch - Build deep relationships with our business partners and understand the core problems that we can solve for them through leveraging data and analytical tools - Define and track key product metrics to assess product performance, adoption and impact.
