You have experience creating documentation for data-related assets such as Data Models, Tables and Attributes, APIs, Reports, and related artifacts. You have the ability to create both wed-based multi-page documentation (with links to navigate between elements and pages) as well as PDF documents for distribution. You have experience working with Document Management Systems to create and maintain documentation for technical artifacts. You have a passion for technology and for helping others understand how complex systems work, and can translate the necessary technical jargon into simplified documents. You are able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to get the information you need to help shape the products you document as you develop an understanding of the business needs. You have great written and verbal skills, and work well with other team members toward shared goals. You can effectively articulate, evangelize, and defend your ideas in front of a variety of audiences from different backgrounds. You have an eye for informational architecture and can evaluate organization structure to help improve content management. Expertise in technical writing with a proven record of delivering complete technical documentation solutions for complex products. Comfortable working with ambiguity. This role is fluid, and will frequently evolve based on partner, strategy, and product priorities. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required 8-10 years of experience systems documentation required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
