Mentor and guide team members in best practices for implementation, support, and maintenance of Actimize solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk, compliance, and business users. Define and track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Oversee the design and implementation of Actimize products (e.g., Actimize AML, Surveillance, Fraud Detection). Ensure configuration aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Provide subject-matter expertise in configuring and customizing Actimize solutions for optimal performance. Perform hands-on development when needed, including coding, system integration, and testing.
