Leverages extensive knowledge ofdata analysis life cycle. Advocates datastandards within cross-functionalteams to ensure data are regarded as accurate,timely, reliable, and trusted bybusiness collaborators. Play a central role in theanalysis of the needs of business units, partneringwith information technologyto deliver on those needs, and may serve as atranslator between thosegroups. Breakdown complex or vagueproblems and steps through them in a rational way tofind opportunities forprocess improvements Ensure data enrichment rulesapplied to vendor datasets for financialintermediaries, institutions, and retirement plan sponsors are analyzedanddocumented. Acts as a consultant to thebusiness on complex data quality issues Ensures that data quality analysesprovided to internal teams has root-cause andsolution identified andprioritized for remediation. Propose recommendations whichconsiders current and future business priorities,together with fiscalresponsibility. Whatyourday to day will look like: Work with various groups, i.e.,Operations, Compliance, Sales and Marketing, andTechnology. Collaborate with salesforce usersand downstream consumers to track and documentbusiness processes supported bykey data elements. Drive investigations, analyses,and evaluations to document data requirementsfor agile team. Makes recommendations to changecouncil, product owners, and other seniorprofessionals based on findings. Support product managers(s) inmeetings and presentations (e.g., Meeting notes,presentation materials,business reviews / sign-off). Drive continuous improvement andrefinement sessions to capture sequencing andprioritization of user stories. Whatwouldwe need to see from you: Prior experience in projectmanagement, especially in Agile environment High sense of urgency and followthrough. Partnering effectively to execute oncommon goals. Superb communication skills toexplain big story around various data scenariosand drive common understandingof problem in hand along with the proposedsolution. Strong interpersonal skills.Ability to build the trust and confidence ofcolleagues, strengthenrelationships through ongoing dialog and interactions,and collaborate wellwith others internally and externally. Ability to draw own conclusions,articulate positions, communicate key messages,make recommendations, andinfluence in a team. Minimum one year experienceworking on CRM data with asset managers providingdata management, and salesoperations. Bachelor's degree from anaccredited college or university is preferred.
