Job Title: Sr. Quality Analyst / Accessibility Tester Must have ADA Experience Must have any state client Exp Rate $44/hr c2c Location: Atlanta, Georgia (Onsite) Any visa No H1B Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Analyst / Accessibility Tester to join our agency in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Web Accessibility Specialist, you will lead all testing and audit activities for web and mobile applications, utilizing both manual and automated accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring conformance to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and other applicable standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Accessibility Testing & Auditing: Lead the accessibility testing efforts for web and mobile applications using a combination of automated tools (e.g., WAVE, axe) and manual testing, including the use of assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack. Evaluate the conformance of applications to WCAG 2.0/2.1 and other relevant accessibility standards and regulations. Test Planning & Documentation: Create, document, and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts based on software requirements, design documents, and accessibility guidelines. Document and report defects, accessibility issues, and areas requiring improvements. Manage and prioritize critical ADA defects. Functional & Regression Testing: Conduct functional, end-to-end, and regression testing of applications to ensure they meet the necessary functionality, reliability, and quality standards. Test Script & Standard Creation: Develop and maintain test scripts, standards, guidelines, and playbooks for accessibility testing and best practices for development teams. Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with Business Analysts, Clients, and Development teams to understand project requirements and provide feedback regarding accessibility issues and solutions.
