Power BI is a plus Education & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred. Would consider candidates with a Masters degree. PMI or PMP certification 5-7 years experience required in a project planning and/or project management role. Positions Contributions to Work Group: This role will help facilitate timely and reliable project-start date commitments being provided to the business via collaborating with, and supporting, the Demand Manager and Delivery Team Resource Managers. This role will also help set-up/maintain initial project plan master data and resource plans. Typical task breakdown: Demand Intake, Prioritization, Approval & Slotting Support the Demand Manager as new requests for projects are prioritized, sized, approved, and assigned a committed start date based on delivery team availability. Preparing an approved project for Project Initiation For projects that have been approved with a scheduled start month: 1. Create project entry in MS Project Online and update with master data; 2. Update project resource plan based on estimated hours, by role, provided by each delivery team. 3. Collaborate with delivery team managers to secure named resources and apply to resource plan. Supporting active projects Will assist with maintaining master data for active projects. Interaction with team: Highly collaborative position. Work environment: In-office environment.
