Develop LookML models to deliver accurate and scalable analytics using healthcare data. Apply knowledge of healthcare data standards, including HIPPA compliance, to ensure secure handling of sensitive information. Work with clinical, operational, and financial datasets to deliver meaningful insights. Understand healthcare-specific KPIs and metrics for analytics and reporting. Partner with healthcare business teams to understand their data and reporting needs. Collaborate on data integration projects, ensuring alignment with industry practices. Present findings through clear, concise reports and visualizations tailored for healthcare stakeholders. Ensure the reliability and performance of analytics tools and reports. What You Will Bring: 3+ years of Python programming with a focus on data analytics and reporting. 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining analytics solutions. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Looker, including LookML development. Extensive Background in Math and Computer Science. Proven experience working with healthcare data and familiarity with industry regulations such as HIPAA. Proficiency with SQL and experience working with relational databases. Experience with data visualization tools (Looker visualizations). Familiarity with ETL processes and tools.
