Proficient in SAP configuration, testing, and deployment. Excellent communication and client-handling skills. Ability to manage escalations and lead a support team effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: SAP certification in SCM/SPP modules. Prior experience in a similar support role. Experience working with international clients and managing remote teams. Key Responsibilities: Ticket Resolution: Resolve L1, L2, and L3 tickets raised by the client in the SAP SCM/SPP space. System Configuration and Maintenance: Perform configuration changes, bug fixes, testing, documentation, and deployment of solutions. Lead client conversations to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction. Escalation Management: Handle escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and client communication. Team Management: Manage and mentor the support team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs.
