Position: Web Business Analyst (Hybrid) Location: Shoreview, MN (2-3 Days Onsite/week) Duration : 12 months Note --- Local to MN only Job Description : Must have local MN recent work experience. Must have the Below experience: Top Requirements candidates must have these: 1. Custom Order Mgmt experience 8-10 years. Do not submit candidates who dont have this experience 2. Technical Database queries and tables, and designs 3. Integrations, Jsons, XML and APIs, data mapping, built applications. Data mapping. About the job: Web Business analyst (WBA) with 8-10 years of experience in Custom Web application design Order Management. Proficient in facilitating and gathering requirements from internal teams and third-party business teams. Must write test plan, test cases Functional, integration, end to end and regression, test case execution, defect logging. Create process flow, writing User Story with Acceptance Criteria, Functional Design Document, Table Design and, Data Mapping (integration & other) Proficient with hands on experience with JSON, XML and API. Experience in integrating the Custom web order management application with and back end application like JDE 9.2. ERP (JDE preferred) Hands on experience with Structured Query Language (SQL). Must be comfortable writing medium to complex queries to extract and analyze data. Experience in triaging issues and determining root cause and solution. Comfortable with effort estimation based on the high level requirements. Experience in conducting Demo and User Acceptance Testing with business. Experience working with development and QA team (Onsite-Offshore model) to meet the milestones. Must be able collaborate with other BAs in the team. Experience in Agile able to collaborate/ team player, excellent written and oral communication, take ownership and comfortable in a dynamic environment. Tools/ Technology: o SQL, SOAP/ POSTMAN, Mural, Visio, Excel etc. Nice to have experience: o Expertise in the areas below for Oracle - JD Edwards 9.2. Electronic Data Interchange Sales and Distribution o Hands on experience with AgGateway XML and Chem eStandards- Version 5.x & 6.x. or equivalent o Experience in working with UX designer to translate requirements to best in class user experience screens. o Experience in project management tool like Azure dev-ops.
