This position involves designing and optimizing business capabilities, processes, and organizational structures to ensure the company can effectively achieve its objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategy Alignment : Bridge the gap between business strategy and execution by defining and modeling business capabilities. Enterprise Architecture Collaboration : Work closely with IT, solution architects, and enterprise architects to align technology solutions with business needs. Process & Capability Mapping : Develop and maintain business capability models, value streams, and process frameworks. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between business leaders, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritization of initiatives. Governance & Standards : Establish frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for business architecture. Change Management & Transformation: Support large-scale transformation initiatives by identifying impacts on processes, roles, and systems Risk & Compliance Considerations : Ensure business designs align with regulatory and risk management requirements. Required Skills & Experience: Strong background in business analysis, strategy, and enterprise architecture. Experience with business capability modeling, value stream mapping, and process optimization. Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF, BIZBOK, or SAFe. Ability to translate business goals into technology and process requirements. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with executives and cross-functional teams.
