Be responsible for production deployments and code merges. Attend all scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives. Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration. Integrate and interact with external and internal systems such as EWS, Hogan, MMC, and others. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Follow best practices for software development, ensuring scalability and reliability. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Continuously improve development processes, workflows, and efficiency.
