Utilize test management tools like Jira or GitLab to track and manage defects. Conduct accessibility testing using WAVE, JAWS, axe, ANDI, and other assistive technologies to ensure ADA compliance. Provide solutions and guidance to testers and development teams by implementing industry best practices. Lead and mentor QA testers in accessibility compliance and testing methodologies. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure accessibility and usability across multiple platforms. Ensure digital products comply with WCAG 2.0 & 2.1 (Level AA) and related accessibility standards. Utilize JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, TalkBack, and other assistive technologies for testing on multiple devices and operating systems. Apply HTML5 and CSS knowledge to evaluate and report accessibility barriers. Maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, reports, and remediation plans. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst with expertise in quality assurance methodologies. Hands-on experience with automated test tools and test management tools like Jira or GitLab. 5+ years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies in Agile projects. In-depth knowledge of ADA tools and accessibility testing standards (WAVE, JAWS, axe, ANDI). Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) or Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification ( Must Upload Certification ). Ability to lead and provide direction to QA testers. Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS to support accessibility testing. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multiple assistive technologies, including JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, and TalkBack. Ability to create and implement accessibility testing strategies across multiple platforms. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
