Position: ServiceNow Developer Location: Auburn Hills, MI(onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Contract Experience: 10+ JD Hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development. Proven experience with ITSM implementation and ServiceNow platform customization. Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Customer Service Management Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow's scripting tools (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions). Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, and Service Catalog Management.
