Configure and optimize ONB 2.0 workflows, rules, and templates. Ensure compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements. Integrate Onboarding 2.0 with SuccessFactors and other applications. Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders to design scalable onboarding solutions. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation and user guides. Conduct training sessions for HR teams and end-users. Act as an expert advisor on ONB 2.0, providing recommendations to enhance the onboarding process. Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations. Proficiency in configuring ONB 2.0 business rules, workflows, and templates. Experience with integration tools like SAP Integration Suite, APIs, or middleware. SAP SuccessFactors ONB 2.0 certification. Experience with global or multinational clients is a plus.
