Develop and implement structured change management strategies and plans to drive adoption of organizational initiatives and projects. 2. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions. 3. Design and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support systems to guide teams through the change process. 4. Collaborate with project managers and leaders to integrate change management activities into overall project plans. 5. Identify and mitigate resistance to change, ensuring alignment with business goals and minimizing disruption. 6. The role requires understanding of the ADKAR methodology preferably through PROSCI certification 7. Track progress, measure success metrics, and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives. 8.
