Need only 2 profiles! PV notes during call : This is an "End of Life" Cisco and moving to Aruba ( HP Product) project across 6 locations. They would like a candidate to have at least a CCNA cert in Cisco and certs with Aruba. Degree is not required, but candidate MUST BE a responsible professional that can handle installs independently including necessary switching and routing. Client said they need seasoned candidates. The Architecture work has already been done on the target sites. Initial work will be on West side of Houston . Previous candidate rejection reason: He has only worked with some Aruba tools and on the Wireless side. Has never worked on core Aruba switches and routers. He has no migration experience from Cisco top Aruba and has only truly worked on Aruba Wireless equipment with no practical experience on Routers and Switches. Qualifications 8+ experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Required Aruba and Cisco switching/routing and how various network services connect to the networking equipment at the sites where lifecycle is occurring. Required Aruba Wireless using Instant Access Points experience preferred.
