Position: Salesforce Lead Location: Columbus, OH, Hybrid Duration : 12 Month Years of Relevant Experience: 5 + Years as a lead and a total of 10 years of Salesforce experience. Preferred Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Mandatory skills Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, Gov Cloud, Public Sector Foundation etc.) Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. Experience with Omni Studio. Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and APIs. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD (Flosum/ Copado etc.) and version control systems. Understanding of Salesforces data model and how and when to create custom objects, junction objects, and other model items. Familiarity with Salesforce data tools and ETL tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills and attention to detail. Certifications or Desired skills if any: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer).
