Managing clinical trial applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing the use of tools Prepare runbook and functional documents of process and known errors Configure system as per specifications. Monitoring of applications Must have experience with organizing study documents Must have hand on experience of support project Should possess strong Techno functional understanding of Validation and GxP process Must have good understanding of ITIL processes in ServiceNow Identify opportunities for automation, as required Good communication skills.
