Strong communicator. Experience working on AX 2012. Has experience as a Manager or Team Lead where people have reported to them. Great if the candidate has Life Science industry experience, but not required. INTERVIEW MODE: 1. Video 2. Video PROJECT: A Biologics is an acquisition-based organization that historically has not integrated IT systems - they are finally ready to implement D365 F&O. They are in the process of rolling out a basic D365 F&O model in Denmark, then will roll out in Milan and Heidelberg, then in the US. They are using a standardized core model which will make this an easier roll out. Customizations will happen after that as needed. A Biologics is running their own implementation (there is no implementation partner) and some of the work is being outsourced to a team in India (6 functional, 1 technical lead). A big project at hand that will offer the right candidate opportunity for growth (they'd be one of the most senior D365 knowledge beacons in A and the opportunity to add a successful implementation to their portfolio). This person will be responsible for leading two BA's as a "playing coach". They will be hands on with AX 2012 for possibly the first year as they rollout D365 in Denmark, Italy and Germany. The US is the final implementation which this person will be a critical part of when it happens in 1-2 years. This person will need to be able to articulate and communicate quite effectively as to keep stakeholders happy, expectations managed and the team moving efficiently as they sometimes get a lot of requests from people that don't understand how IT works all at once.
