From: Sankhi Tudu, Vyze Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title : Senior SAP S/4HANA Migration Project Manager Duration: 6+ months Location: Remote LinkedIn, DL, Visa MUST Requirements: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP S/4HANA Migration Project Manager to support the large-scale migration of Navy ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA. The candidate will play a critical role in managing enterprise-level SAP modernization efforts, assisting with process improvements, migration coordination, implementation documentation, and knowledge transfer. The role requires expertise in SAP systems, supply chain business processes, risk management, and scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Apply industry knowledge of modernized SAP tools to enhance existing Navy supply chain business processes. Provide recommendations to improve business practices within Navy ERP and its interfacing systems. Assist in coordinating the migration to ERP+ in collaboration with FMS and PMW 220, ensuring effective enterprise-level management, task coordination, scheduling, and risk mitigation. Develop both preliminary and final implementation documents to support the migration strategy. Ensure seamless knowledge transfer (KT) to stakeholders, providing training and guidance as needed. Maintain accurate, well-documented project deliverables that are free of errors and align with contract requirements. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP implementations and migrations, with expertise in SAP S/4HANA. Strong understanding of Navy ERP, supply chain business processes, and enterprise-level IT management. Experience with project management methodologies, risk management, and scheduling. Ability to develop and maintain well-written technical documentation. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Performance Standards: Maintain detailed, accurate, and error-free documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with deadlines. Deliver the implementation document within 60 calendar days from contract start or as agreed upon. Address and resolve discrepancies and deficiencies 100% of the time. Assessment & Reporting: Performance will be reviewed monthly by the Government Technical Assistant (TA) or designee. Deliverables will be assessed for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project goals. This role provides an opportunity to lead and influence mission-critical SAP S/4HANA migration initiatives within the NAVSUP ecosystem, ensuring the success of a high-impact digital transformation effort.
