The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy aligned with future Supply Chain Management (SCM) system implementations and rationalizations. This role requires strong project management, systems architecture, and analytical skills to ensure the successful execution of data-driven initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Government in preparing, interpreting guidance, and implementing the ERP+ data strategy. Develop a comprehensive data strategy plan for future SCM system implementations/rationalizations. Create both preliminary and final requirements documentation to guide data strategy initiatives. Facilitate knowledge transfer (KT) to ensure seamless adoption and understanding of data strategy best practices. Maintain detailed, well-documented, and error-free project deliverables within specified deadlines. Provide an implementation document within 60 calendar days of contract start or as agreed upon with the Government. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Government Technical Assistants (TAs), ensuring alignment and validation of data strategy efforts. Identify and correct discrepancies or deficiencies promptly to maintain accuracy and compliance. Performance Standards: Deliverables must be factually accurate, well-documented, and free of spelling/grammatical errors. Meet 100% compliance with documentation standards and deadlines. Discrepancies/deficiencies must be acknowledged and corrected 100% of the time. Monthly review and assessment conducted by the Government Technical Assistant (TA) or designee. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in IT project management, data strategy, or enterprise systems implementation. Expertise in ERP+ systems, SCM systems, and data strategy development. Strong experience with enterprise data management, data governance, and analytics. Proven ability to develop and execute data strategy plans. Exceptional technical writing and documentation skills. Experience working with government contracts and compliance standards (preferred). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Desired Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in knowledge transfer (KT) and training initiatives. Assessment & Review Process: Monthly reviews conducted by the Government Technical Assistant (TA) or designee. Validation and acceptance of deliverables as per contractual requirements.
