Hands-on experience with Application migration and legacy modernization projects. Solid experience with IBM Mainframe or Cloud architectures, including print, securities and scheduling solutions. Strong Hands-on Expertise with Java Technologies and Architectures. Expert level skills with Data Migration strategies IMS and DB2 experience preferred. Deep understanding of multiple ETL tools in the industry. Solid experience in working through complex data performance issues on both the mainframe and cloud platforms. Excellent client-facing skills including the ability to influence and negotiate with clients; proven track record of customer focus including the ability to foster long-term client relationships. Advanced communication skills including business writing and presentations; Advanced ability to present in-depth technical solutions. Self-motivated with the ability to motivate and energize a project team; driven to exceed customer and project goals. Solid understanding of cloud technologies such as containerization. Deep experience with various data stores, such as IMS, DB2, Postgres/SQL, VSAM. Strong enterprise solutions and data architecture for large scale enterprise systems. Exposure to mainframe application functionality. An undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems or related field preferred; equivalent combination of skill/experience will be considered.
