Design and implement solutions to a wide range of difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, and practical. Responsible for independent development and configuration of an assigned application. Identify issues that arise in the application area as well as issues that impact other application teams, and work to resolve them. Develop new processes and procedures to meet current challenges. Create and maintain system documentation. Lead the estimation of enhancement or support requests. Guide workflow design, configure and test system changes, and analyze technical issues.
