The ideal candidate will work on converting documents into accessible formats (PDF/UA, Section 508, WCAG) and optimizing document workflows using OpenText Xenos solutions. Key Responsibilities: Convert and transform documents into accessible formats using OpenText Xenos d2e/Xenos Enterprise Server. Implement PDF accessibility tagging (semantic tags, alt text, metadata, logical reading order). Ensure compliance with Section 508, WCAG, and PDF/UA accessibility standards. Automate bulk document processing and optimize transformation workflows. Troubleshoot document formatting issues and enhance output quality. Collaborate with business teams to understand accessibility requirements. Integrate Xenos solutions with existing document management systems (if applicable). Required Skills & Experience: 2-5 years of experience in OpenText Xenos (d2e, Enterprise Server, or related tools). Strong understanding of document accessibility standards (PDF/UA, WCAG, Section 508). Experience in document conversion formats (PDF, XML, HTML, Word). Basic knowledge of XPath, XML transformations, or scripting for customization. Familiarity with automation of document processing workflows. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other OpenText solutions (e.g., Content Server, Documentum). Exposure to document management and compliance regulations. Knowledge of PDF remediation tools (Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or Equidox).
