Job Title: UX Consultant (Design Systems) Location: Dallas, TX - Day 1 Onsite Job Type: Contract Interview Type: F2F In-Person interview for the Final Round Need Local candidates only TX Mandatory Job Description: Top 3 to 5 skillsets: Knowledge and understanding of the value of community building around a enterprise assets (such as design systems, or share data, or cross-enterprise tools) Social connector, ability to identify and form relationships with key influences throughout organization Strong communication skills, ability to write and converse with both technical and business stakeholders Surrounding team/key projects: Reusable Frontend initiative: Migrate existing design system codebase from web components/lit to native-specific Angular and React components Advocate for the scalable design system foundations that support product expansion at a platform level Ability to share program vision, technical roadmap, and terminology with business and technical stakeholders Facilitate stakeholder communication and outreach via support channels including internal website content Join leadership meetings, internal IT conventions (show-and-tells), and platform team meetings to evangelize the program. Gather data and insights from product teams to aid in strategically planning Align design system to product team initiatives and OKRs Share and Aileron roadmap with Product Management Organization roadmaps and ORK Facilitate Aileron adoption agreements with product teams Champion iterative improvements and updates to the design system based on feedback and data.
