Candidates need to have a clear understanding of key data components of both supplier-side and client-side contracts (Contract Terminology). Should have implemented CLM tools like Ivalua, Ariba, Malbek, Conga, CobbleStone, Zycus, Gatekeeper, smartContract,GEP, Jaggaer, Agiloft, Evisort, Coupa, ContractPodAi, Icertis, Docusign CLM, Sirion, Ironclad, LinkSquares, etc Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal and Contact Managers and external vendors, to define project requirements and deliverables For Project Managers : Ideally 10+ years of Project Management OR Program Management experience, including managing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) projects and programs and/or experience partnering with Legal function technology delivery.
