Requirements:

Must have 10-15 yrs experience leading Social Media Consulting practices for BFSI (On-Shore) inclusive of the flowing key areas: {Customer Centric Approach thats a Strategic Visionary-yet Adaptable}

Strategic Advisor: Become the trusted advisor for global BFSI brands, helping them navigate the ever-evolving digital landscape. Your insights will help shape their customer experience strategies, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.

Customer Journey Mapping: Develop and refine customer journey maps that align with the BFSI brands business goals, ensuring seamless and impactful customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Consultative Project Leadership: Lead the design, planning, and execution of customer experience projects. Youll ensure that every project aligns with brand objectives and delivers measurable outcomes.

Maximize Digital Investments: Provide actionable insights and strategic guidance that help BFSI brands optimize their investments in proactive/reactive social media and customer engagement platforms to drive digital sales.

Must have significant experience driving Innovation in Clients Social Media Success inclusive of the following areas of focus:

Creative Solution Design: Craft innovative digital solutions that address complex customer experience challenges. Youll combine creativity with strategic thinking to design solutions that are both effective and scalable.

Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with teams to shape compelling propositions that resonate with BFSI brands. Your ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business value will be key.

Building Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with technology vendors, platform providers, and other strategic partners. Youll collaborate to co-create solutions that elevate the brands digital capabilities.
