In this role, youll be part of a collaborative team, driving customizations and optimizations within the Dynamics 365 Sales platform to meet exciting and unique business challenges. What Youll Do Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, including creating workflows, designing forms, and managing data imports/exports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable system configurations. Develop and deploy custom C# processes while maintaining adherence to best practices. Assist with data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during transitions. Conduct testing, troubleshoot system issues, and implement improvements to enhance platform performance. Create and maintain clear system documentation to support knowledge sharing and future development. Provide training and technical support to end-users, fostering adoption and seamless usage of the platform. What Were Looking For Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (v.9), including its configuration features. Proficiency in entity customization, workflows, form design, and data management. Experience with C# development, plus working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Basic understanding of Azure tools like Data Factory and Logic Apps is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
