Job Title: BSS Solution Architect - Functional Location: Denver, CO Type: Contract Role Overview: We are seeking a BSS Solution Architect with strong expertise in telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) to design and implement end-to-end solutions for billing, charging, CRM, and order management. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between BSS, OSS, and network systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and architect BSS solutions covering billing, CRM, revenue management, and order fulfillment. Define system integration strategies between BSS, OSS, and external platforms. Ensure compliance with telecom standards (TM Forum, eTOM, ITIL, 3GPP). Provide technical leadership for cloud-native, API-driven, and microservices-based architectures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and technical requirements. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in BSS architecture, design, and implementation. Strong expertise in billing, charging (OCS), CRM, and order management systems. Hands-on experience with BSS platforms (Amdocs, Ericsson, Huawei, Netcracker, MATRIXX, Openet, etc.). Proficiency in Cloud (AWS/Azure/P), Microservices, APIs (REST/SOAP), and DevOps. Familiarity with telecom frameworks (TOGAF, eTOM, TM Forum Open APIs).
