Experience in Convergent Mediation (CM) by Digital Route.(Mandatory) Must have knowledge of BRIM architecture. Participate in customer discussions on upcoming enhancements. Work with customer for troubleshooting, investigate and solve their day to day issues, perform root cause analysis. Experience in writing functional specification and develop custom enhancements/reports in CM. Must have knowledge of customized environment and interfaces with third party systems. Experienced working with global teams and good documentation skills. Experience in Media, Utility or Telecommunication Industry using Convergent Mediation tool will be a great asset.
