Develop and implement architectural patterns, frameworks, and solutions that align with the business goals. Ensure scalability, security, performance, and high availability in all architectural decisions. Define technical standards, best practices, and development guidelines to ensure consistency and quality. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead technical discussions and collaborate with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements and design solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and ensuring code quality. Review and approve architectural designs, technical specifications, and system components. Mentor and support junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of various systems, services, and technologies, both internally and externally. Oversee the integration of cloud services, third-party tools, and legacy systems, ensuring alignment with the overall architecture. Technology & Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact and value to the company. Make recommendations for new tools, technologies, and methodologies that can improve system architecture, performance, and scalability. Identify and resolve technical challenges and system bottlenecks. Documentation & Standards: Create and maintain clear and detailed documentation for architectural decisions, design patterns, and system configurations. Establish and enforce coding standards, security protocols, and design methodologies across the development team. Requirements: Experience: 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an architectural or lead role. Technical Skills: Extensive experience in designing and developing complex, scalable, and distributed software systems. Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, etc. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling. Knowledge of software design patterns, architectural styles (MVC, MVVM, etc.), and best practices in coding. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to guide and mentor technical teams and stakeholders. Experience in project management and the ability to balance technical debt with business requirements.
