This is a Sr. role. Need a jack of all trades person, someone that can own the initiatives, figure out the lay of the land and not be dependent on others getting the job done. The client is not going to assemble a team for this consultant to complete the work, this consultant will be technical doing the work and also be able to look at/discuss strategy around the project. Must have a sense of urgency and be able to communicate effectively with Leaders, Team Members, Business side etc They need a take charge type of attitude that can figure issues out and resolve them without going to the manager every time. Interview Process: Step 1 meet with my internal person, Step 2 Meet with client manager then decision. This will move fast. Senior ITSM, HRSD consultant (atleast 15+ years) Need asap and ideally will have Healthcare, Need USC or GC Start as 1 year contract with extensions Work EST hours Remote Note : Need best candidate with DL, VISA And Linkedin. GC Should atleast 10+ years exp in USA. Following are the specifics Sr. ServiceNow person that can take the initiative to resolve issues, look at the landscape and be a though leader and has the technical ability and confidence to jump in and go Experience implementing multiple modules of ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, HRSD, B2B Workflows Strong healthcare experience Successfully implemented ServiceNow as the self service tool for employees to use for day to day service management capabilities Experience with improving process and reducing operating cost by implementing workflows Has leveraged ServiceNow as a Knowledge Mgmt capabilities including KCS methodology Full stack technologist who has experience implementing projects with minimal to no dependencies Can be analyst, engineer, tester, PM as needed and can wear multiple hats Experience integrating with other applications like WorkDay, Salesforce and other Payer specific apps Has experience with latest AI capabilities in ServiceNow Extensive hands on experience with development in the ServiceNow framework Keywords: artificial intelligence golang green card Senior ITSM, HRSD consultant ||Remote [email protected] |
