[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, JD - We are seeking a Zuora Billing SME to support impact analysis for modifications and enhancements to the existing Zuora-based billing system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Impact Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Assess the impact of proposed changes and enhancements to the Zuora billing system. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and provide recommendations. Identify dependencies and risks associated with modifications. Understanding of Billing domain and settlement process Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis for Billing Platform Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions 2. Billing System Enhancements & Modifications: Evaluate billing workflows, subscription models, rating, invoicing, taxation, and payment processing. Recommend changes to Zuora configurations, custom objects, and integrations. Provide guidance on best practices for billing system scalability, automation, and performance optimization. 3. Integration & Data Flow Analysis: Analyze end-to-end integration of Zuora with other systems Work with developers and architects to ensure smooth data flow and process automation. Ability to define process designs, where required to handle Operational requirements 4. Stakeholder Communication & Documentation: Create detailed impact analysis document, solution documentation, and process flows. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements. Creating and Maintaining the Design, process document for Billing Platform Providing support to E2E BSS stack. Coordination with various BSS teams for implementing the solution. Responsible for providing Domain leadership to a team of Developers on large Billing implementation projects. Should have good Knowledge on telecom processes Frameworx, SID and TAM Desired Knowledge Should have good Knowledge on US telecom regulatory and telco processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working with Zuora Billing as a SME, Consultant, or Business Analyst. Strong understanding of Zuora product catalog, pricing models, subscription lifecycles, and invoicing processes. Experience with Zuora APIs, workflows, data models, and reporting. Hands-on experience in conducting impact analysis, solution design, and process optimization. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
