Hi, One of our client is looking for SDET for the Location Hybrid in Morris Plains - NJ (LOCALS ONLY) Job Title: SDET with Java Location: Hybrid in Morris Plains - NJ (LOCALS ONLY) : CTS Experience : 10+ years NOTE : Submit SDET with strong java Job Description: The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java, Selenium, Cucumber, and REST / API Service Testing. Required Skills : Core Java, Selenium, Cucumber, REST / API Service Testing Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain geospatial applications using Core Java to ensure high performance and reliability. - Design and execute automated tests using Selenium to enhance the quality of software products. - Implement behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks using Cucumber to improve collaboration between technical and non-technical teams. - Conduct REST / API service testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality of web services. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for geospatial projects. - Provide technical expertise and support in the development and maintenance of geospatial data and systems. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to geospatial applications and services. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in geospatial data management and analysis. - Document and maintain detailed records of testing processes, results, and any issues encountered. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to project requirements. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in geospatial technologies and testing methodologies. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools. - Mentor and guide junior team members in geospatial analysis and testing techniques. Qualifications - Possess strong proficiency in Core Java for developing robust geospatial applications. - Have extensive experience with Selenium for automated testing of software products. - Demonstrate expertise in using Cucumber for behavior-driven development (BDD) frameworks. - Show proficiency in REST / API service testing to ensure the functionality of web services. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. - Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
